Shipping
Processing time: Orders ship within 4-6 weeks from order date (current estimate).
Domestic (US): USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Tracking provided.
International: USPS First-Class International (7-21 business days depending on destination). Tracking provided.
Import duties/taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees collected by your country on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Returns & Refunds
Return window: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Installed kits: Once installed, kits are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective items: Covered under warranty. Contact support with photos/description within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping: Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
Refund processing: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item.
Warranty
Coverage: All components (membrane, controller PCB, LED PCB, USB housing) are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery date.
What's covered: Dead keys due to membrane defects, controller PCB failures, LED PCB failures, USB connectivity issues (not caused by physical damage).
What's not covered: Damage from improper installation, physical damage, liquid damage, damage from modifications not included in the kit, normal wear and tear.
Warranty claim process: Email support with order number, photos of the issue, and description. We'll diagnose and provide replacement parts or full replacement if needed.
